Yogyata Wadhwa is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and paediatric feeding therapist based in Gurugram, India. Over 15+ years she has supported more than 20,000 families through birth, breastfeeding and early feeding.
Background
A physiotherapist by training, Yogyata moved into lactation and infant feeding work and went on to earn the IBCLC — the highest internationally recognised credential in lactation care.
She founded The Birth Life to make evidence-based birth and feeding support accessible: in-clinic at Sector 49, Gurugram, and online with families across India, the US, the UK and Australia.
